NMHPI-DA is a composite insulating material made up of a fire-retardant foam core with a highly durable, fire-retardant, polymer coated poly-aramid cloth covering, available in a range of colours.
This combination makes it suitable for a variety of applications, particularly vehicle cabins where the insulation will be visible and subject to abrasion or shocks.
Main Features:
- Light weight
- Fire retardant
- Water resistant – easily washable
- Highly resistant to abrasion, tearing and piercing (Kevlar reinforced)
- Can be used for parts machined to drawings
- Self-adhesive (non self-adhesive version also available)
- Colour matching available
- Thickness about 5 – 40 mm
- Storage: The cloth covering should be protected from direct sunlight. The parts shall be stored flat and with the cloth facing down. Store in a cool, dry location.
